Pet Policy

River Ridge Properties allows you to have up to 2 dogs. Neither dog may exceed 50lbs. There is a one-time fee of $150 per dog and a $50 monthly fee that will be added to your rent for each dog. Breed Restrictions apply. 

Restricted Breeds: 

• Akitas
• Alaskan Malamutes
• Bulldogs
• Cane Corso
• Chows
• Doberman Pinschers
• German Shepherds
• Great Danes
• Mastiffs
• Pit bulls
• Rottweilers
• Siberian Huskies
• Terriers
• Wolf hybrids

Mixes of these breeds may also be restricted in some communities.
